Description
Mulin Vecchio is a typical Tuscan villa with many interesting architectural angles that give it a truly homelike atmosphere. The surrounding Italian countryside is full of vivid colors and, depending on the season, there are fields of red poppies and bright yellow fields of soy flowers. Nestled amid the olive groves, vineyards, streams and undulating Tuscany countryside, this self-catering Italian villa is a perfect location for an exclusive, comfortable, secluded and exclusive Tuscany holiday with friends and children. The many windows offer splendid views of its surroundings and sunsets.
The villa is decorated with an interesting mix of Asian and Occidental furnishings in a very tasteful country style. The large grass lawn leads to the swimming pool and a pool villa, providing an idyllic setting for al fresco relaxation after a long day of sightseeing or visiting the many conveniently located surrounding towns of Umbria and Tuscany.
Outdoor Space
A large, perfectly manicured grass lawn surrounds the villa. It is located toward the back of the villa thus guaranteeing guests’ privacy so that they can fully enjoy the outdoor areas. The villa is bordered on one side by a tree lined stream, L’Astrone. There is also a pool villa where outdoor furniture is stored.
Interiors
The villa is on various levels. All are accessible from within by staircases. The lower level has a dining room and a salon with vaulted ceilings and a huge fireplace. There is also a full kitchen with an outdoor patio for al fresco breakfasting or dining and a completely functional outdoor pizza oven. The second level has a library, salon, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The upper level has 2 baths and 2 bedrooms. The second level annex has 2 more bedrooms and an indoor Jacuzzi® with splendid views of the surroundings. The live-in caretaker will take care of your needs and the grounds during your stay.
