Outdoor Space

There is a large lawn on two levels attached to the villa. Immediately outside the main door, there is a large slate stone patio where guests can enjoy al fresco dining and remain to admire the magnificent sunsets. The area around the pool has two gazebos, an outdoor shower and barbecue.

Interiors

The villa is on two levels and that are connected by an interior staircase. The space has been cleverly adapted to optimize comfort and use. The ground floor has an open plan dining/living room, a guest bathroom and a small country kitchen with all the amenities of a modern kitchen such as a full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher. One living room wall has a hand painted mural of a Tuscan countryside scene. There is a television in the front living room. There is another large room on the ground floor with a fireplace that can be used as a studio or a second living room. On the upstairs level there are three double bedrooms and two baths.
