Description
The stone villa sits strategically amidst the gentle and relaxing Tuscan hills. This beautiful Italian villa was recently completely restored and refurbished. Its privileged location guarantees all its guests the best of both worlds: a comfortable self-catering Tuscan villa with swimming pool and the tranquil surroundings of the Italian countryside. The owners have taken time during the refurbishment to carefully select each and every final touch to add an elegance to the tasteful decoration and furnishings. It is a wonderfully perfect location for a wedding, a family reunion or a simple gathering of friends.
Outdoor Space
There is a large lawn on 2 levels attached to the villa. Immediately outside the main door, there is a large slate stone patio where guests can enjoy al fresco dining and remain to admire the magnificent sunsets. The area around the pool has two gazebos, an outdoor shower and barbecue.
Interiors
The villa is on two levels and they are connected by an interior staircase. The space has been cleverly adapted to optimize comfort and use. The ground floor has an open plan dining/living room, a guest bathroom and a small country kitchen with all the amenities of a modern kitchen like a full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher. One living room wall has a hand painted mural of a Tuscan countryside scene. There is a television in the front living room. There is another large room on the ground floor with a fireplace that can be used as a studio or a second living room. On the upstairs level there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 baths. The thick stone walls guarantee a cool atmospheric temperature in the villa in the summer months.
