Our few, select, owner-managed properties nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside between Florence and Rome are affordable and vary in cost depending primarily on property size and features. They all provide a true perspective of the Italian living experience because of their locations and unique atmosphere and guarantee an unforgettable experience in self-catered travel and authentic Tuscan hospitality. Most important, they are easily reached by car from major Italian airports or train stations. The proximity of convenient services makes Tuscanneighborhood the ideal choice for your self-catered travel plans.

What’s in the package?

Our rentals include electricity, water, gas for cleaning and cooking, initial weekly linens, garden, pool and Jacuzzi® maintenance (where applicable).

Optional services include: classes in Italian; pottery; Italian cooking; olive oil and wine tastings; bike, horse back riding and shopping tours; jazz festival tickets; thermal spa treatments; as well as arrangements for family reunions, birthdays, weddings and other celebrations.

What is not included?

Telephone costs and any other miscellaneous charges such as heat and firewood (during the cold season) must also be settled prior to departure. A security deposit of 250 Euro is required upon arrival and will be returned to the client after all accounts have been settled.
